Steven LeSueur.. aka. Prime woke up in a tube with a bunch of people who were apparently Superheroes. He'd grown up hearing tales but they had disappeared before he was old enough to know what that meant. Pretty soon he discovered that he was one of them.
His plant powers were short lived however as under the influence of an evil mage the plant came to life and took him over. In an extra dimensional prison where time worked differently, it was over 50 years before his friends were able to rescue him from that fate. In that time his mind has turned in on itself activating latent psychic abilities.
Rescued, he once again joined his teammates and tried his best to hide the emotional scars. The gratitude he felt to them is what spurred him on to reach out telepathically and heal his fallen teammate at the cost of his own life. But all was not lost as when you reach out to the mind of someone who can interface with machines.. you never know where your mind will end up.
