Progress on the Site
I've been working on my site here and there during my free time. One nice thing that I've found with Drupal (Currently in version 6.9 - I've been very good about keeping up with my security updates) is that it is fairly easy to add things to the system, play around with them and then uninstall if you don't like it. I've given a few different modules a try over the past few months and now have moved things to the front where they can be easily seen. I will admit though that site maintenance is a whole lot easier when you only have one user to worry about.
Current Modules:
Cinco de Mayo Upgrade
Yesterday, I upgraded the site.
I moved from a Drupal 6.1 to 6.2 installation. Ultimately, it wasn't a major release but
Main Page
This is the place holder for the main wiki page. I'll put in more info when I figure out what I'm going to actually do with a Wiki.

Old Welcome Page
Welcome to Touch of Darkness (Dot) Net. DarkTouch is one of those online names that I picked up long ago and back in the day. Almost 15 years ago now. Along the way it has managed to stick and whatever meaning it had back when I first picked it up has long since been erased. If I remember correctly, it was one of the few names I could find at the time that didn't force me to add a number onto the end of it. So that was a big plus.
Archives
Over the years I have made various attempts at web pages. To be honest, I've never been particularly good at them. Not that coding was a major issue but really when it comes down to it, I lack real artistic vision for layouts. Still, there are some pages that I've made that I've held on to.. and a number that I've inherited (mostly from my wife who happens to be very good at the layout thing). Being the pack-rat that I am, it just feels sad for me to consign these pages to oblivion. So here it is.. the web page graveyard where pages come to die.

Inspiration
I've set this section of the site apart for 'Community' yet it is really about who I am outside of the 'gamer' section. Sure there is a forum section for talking with people (and hopefully maybe running a game).
Besides all that however is a chance to see who I am. The current mapping has a personal blog in there plus some picture galleries of me, my family, and of course some characters. Finally, links to related sites, friends, and maybe a web ring or two.
Enjoy.
